The Vine Tree Inn is situated on the A4077 on the outskirts of Llangattock. The famous stone bridge is only a pleasant glance away, with its imbalanced arches, and it spans the River Usk and provides the gateway into Crickhowell.
The Vine Tree has been a point of respite and refreshment for both the traveller and local alike for over two hundred years. It has been owned and run by the Lennox family for over twenty years, and Andrew and Gill are the second generation to successfully continue this welcome tradition.
All are very welcome including children, and highchairs are available for the very young. Food is served both lunch times and evenings seven days a week, with a vast selection including many vegetarian options. The food has justly earned a widespread reputation for quality and generosity. There is always a fine and tempting selection of wines on offer along with various lagers and both draughty and keg beers.
There is a spacious yet discreet car park, with an adjacent beer garden overlooking the surrounding hills and Crickhowell bridge. It is advisable although not always necessary to book for an evening meal, and please feel free to request any individual requirements.
We look forward to seeing you at The Vine Tree.
